WINDWAKER will be out on their first U.S. tour supporting their forthcoming album, HYPERVIOLENCE. We need your help making these shows as impactful as possible, so we’re launching a tour mission! Want FREE entry to your local Windwaker show? Apply to work your date on tour!

Mission: Windwaker U.S. Tour
IMPORTANT DETAILS: Please review the pre-show and on-site actions below and confirm that your schedule will permit you to complete all of the actions, AND attend the show. Don’t sign up if you cannot commit to completing these actions and attending the show. DEADLINE FOR SIGN-UPS IS JUNE 12TH.
PRE-SHOW ACTIONS
DIGITAL PROMO:
Complete 2 of the 3 following actions no less than one week prior to your show:

1)TEXT/DMs: Recommend your local Windwaker show to at least 3 friends who you think will enjoy the band. These messages can be sent in a group thread if preferable (1-3 proofs).
2) TOUR ADMAT: Share the admat for your respective tour on the social media platform of your choice and encourage your friends to check out the tour / Windwaker. If possible, tag the bands (1 proof).
3) TEAMER’S CHOICE: Get creative and come up with your own action to share your excitement about Windwaker’s tour OR their forthcoming album, HYPERVIOLENCE. This can be as simple as another social post, or as elaborate as creating artist/track inspired art, the possibilities are endless! (1 proof/s).
ON-SITE ACTIONS
ACTIONS:
Walk the line before doors to collect presaves for Windwaker’s album, HYPERVIOLENCE, using the flyer provided. Prior to your show date, you will be mailed Windwaker stickers to pass out and two flyers (one laminated w/ bandages, one plain). Use the plain flyer while walking the line. Once fans scan and save the album, give them a sticker in return. Post the laminated flyer with bandages in a high traffic area (inside the venue bathroom, on the crosswalk pole by the venue, in the bulletin board in our local university, etc.) Make sure to take a photo of where they are posted.

PRE-SHOW SUBMISSIONS
Submitting your pre-show proofs:
No less than one week before your date, send your physical and digital promo proofs as email attachments to [email protected] and list the actions you completed in the body of the email (if you leave the body blank it may be marked as SPAM by the email’s filters). Use the subject line “Windwaker Tour Pre-show – [YOUR SHOW’S CITY].” We will review your mission upon receipt, and mark it as completed.
IF YOU DO NOT COMPLETE YOUR PRE-SHOW PHYSICAL AND DIGITAL PROMO ACTIONS, YOU RISK FORFEITING YOUR TICKET
ON-SITE SUBMISSIONS
Submitting your on-site proofs:
You will need to take at least 2 photos while completing your on-site work to prove you completed this mission. Please include a photo of yourself holding the promo tools at the venue. Additionally, include a 2-5 sentence summary of your activation- you can touch on anything notable or relevant, such as fan reaction, if you struggled with the mission, etc.
No more than one week after your date, send your on-site promo proofs as email attachments to [email protected] with the subject line “Windwaker Tour Onsite – [YOUR SHOW’S CITY].” We will review your mission upon receipt, and mark it as completed.
YOU MUST SUBMIT YOUR ON-SITE PROOFS. IF YOU DO NOT COMPLETE YOUR ON-SITE ACTIONS, YOU RISK BLACKLISTING YOURSELF FROM FUTURE TOUR MISSIONS
