Hey Fearless Crew,
I am excited to announce that our PRIZE REDEMPTION period is now OPEN! Starting today, April 3, 2023 through Monday April 10, 2023 at 11:59PM PT, you may cash in the points you’ve earned to claim prizes in the Points & Prizes doc. All claimable items, plus the number of points you’ve earned as of today, are updated in the doc.

How to claim your prize: email Diana (dia[email protected]) with the following information:

  • Subject line: April 2023 Redemptions
  • The items you’d like to claim + the point value of each item
  • Your full mailing address, fitting the below format (if you are an international teamer, format it according to your country’s standards)

City, State, ZIP
Phone Number

Diana will respond to confirm that your claims have been received, and alert you if any items are out of stock

NOTES:

  • Don’t feel pressure to use all of your points right now- more items will be added later, and some currently-available items will be re-stocked for the next claim period (though we cannot guarantee that any specific item will remain in stock)
  • Please allow at least a month to receive your prizes after you receive a confirmation email
  • You cannot claim items you cannot afford
  • We cannot guarantee we can fulfill claims made after the deadline
  • Not all claims are eligible for delivery to a PO Box or locations to which UPS cannot deliver
